Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC projects in the Sioux Falls area from kickoff to closeout. The role requires coordinating with field staff, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and GC teams while maintaining schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC Project Management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Order materials and coordinate equipment deliveries
• Track project costs and maintain profitability
• Conduct jobsite visits and support field operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project teams
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
