Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for our client, a top-tier commercial construction GC, to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, ground-up or renovation projects, and strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety standards.

A Bachelor's degree in CM or Civil Engineering is preferred. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
