Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing commercial projects of $5M-$10M+.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction schematics.
• Proficiency with Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocations.
• Liaise with owners, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor progress.
• Oversee procurement processes, bid evaluations and vendor selection; manage change orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and drive project updates.
