Job summary

Jarbou Ronnisch Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout, serving as the primary liaison among owners, design teams, subcontractors and field staff to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience with GC/CM environments, strong ability to read drawings and specifications, and proven budget and scheduling skills in a fast-paced Michigan setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Experience with general contractor or CM projects.
• Ability to read drawings and specs.
• Experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
• Strong scheduling, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction projects from turnover through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain client and design team relationships.
• Coordinate field operations with the Superintendent.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts and scope requirements.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts and pay apps.
• Develop budgets, cost reports and forecasts.
• Monitor costs and identify budget concerns early.
• Communicate project updates to owner, architect and contractor.
• Develop and track project schedules with the Superintendent.
