  • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts and scope requirements

  • Review and process subcontractor pay applications and owner billings
  • Participate in owner, architect and contractor meetings and provide clear project updates
  • Develop, monitor and communicate project schedules in coordination with the Superintendent

  • Support quality control and safety expectations throughout the project
  • Coordinate project turnover, punch list completion and closeout documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely project information within JRC’s project management systems
  • Support the estimating and preconstruction teams when project knowledge or operational input is needed
  • Represent JRC professionally with clients, partners and the construction community
What We’re Looking For

What Success Looks Like

A successful JRC Project Manager keeps the entire project team connected. You know where the project stands financially, what is happening in the field, what decisions are needed next and where potential issues could affect the job.

You communicate early, follow through on commitments and work collaboratively with the Superintendent and project team to keep the project moving forward.

Most importantly, you take ownership of your projects and understand that a successful build is about more than delivering the work. It’s about delivering a positive experience for the client and the entire project team.

Why JRC

At JRC, you’ll be part of a growing construction company with a long history in Southeast Michigan and a diverse portfolio of commercial work. Our team combines experienced leadership with a practical, hands-on approach to construction.

We offer opportunities to work on challenging projects, build strong industry relationships and grow alongside the company.
