Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, and docs.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing full project life cycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Experience leading planning, procurement, permitting, contract administration, and document control.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, pay apps and change management.
• Experience directing subcontractor contracting and performance.
• Degree in construction management or engineering advantageous.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction to closeout on time and within budget.
• Lead planning, procurement, permitting, contract administration, and document control.
• Oversee project budgets, cost projections, pay apps, and change management.
• Direct subcontractor contracting, negotiations, and performance to high standards.
