Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience with ground up construction, major renovations, additions, or institutional projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
• Experience coordinating with field leadership and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation
• Proficient with Procore, MS Office, and construction PM software
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage project responsibilities and maintain accountability for project performance

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout
• Take ownership of project performance including schedules, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with superintendents, assistants, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders
• Identify potential challenges and proactively implement solutions
• Manage multiple project priorities with accountability for performance and deliverables
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during budgeting and procurement
• Review and manage owner and subcontractor change orders and cost reports
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards
• Oversee project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover
