Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing multifamily and mixed use commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of multiple trades.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections.
