Job summary

Optiline Enterprises is a large commercial specialty contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the successful delivery of assigned construction projects from preconstruction handoff through final closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, client communications, safety, and coordination with field teams and trade partners, with a defined path toward senior leadership and project executive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing interior systems or related commercial scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, labor, purchasing, billing, and change orders.
• Strong financial judgment and ability to protect project profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, work plans, budgets, procurement plans, and project objectives.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify schedule, scope, budget, and constructability risks early and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
