Job summary

Optiline Enterprises is a large commercial contractor seeking a Project Manager to own delivery on assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and client communications while coordinating field teams and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with interior systems and related commercial scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, labor, purchasing, billing, and change orders.
• Strong financial judgment and profitability awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction handoff through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, work plans, budgets, procurement plans, and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution to protect schedule and cost.
• Maintain project documentation and financials.
• Own project budgets, cost projections, and change orders.
• Protect contract margin while maintaining client relationships.
