Job summary

Optiline Enterprises is seeking a Project Manager to own the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating field resources, trade partners, and clients to ensure project profitability and success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing specialty construction, interior systems, or related commercial scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, purchasing, billing, and change orders.
• Strong financial judgment and the ability to identify issues that could affect project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from preconstruction handoff through completion and closeout.
• Protect financial performance by managing budgets, cost projections, and change orders.
• Lead field and trade coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate project status and risks clearly.
