Job summary

You will own financial performance, scheduling, client communication, safety, and coordination of field resources and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and project documents.
• Strong financial judgment and ability to manage project profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from preconstruction handoff through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, subs, and internal teams.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
