Job summary

Optiline Enterprises is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout in Tennessee. You will drive schedules, budgets, and client communications while coordinating field teams and trade partners.

This role offers a defined path toward senior project leadership and future Project Executive opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of PM experience in commercial construction, reads drawings, manages budgets, and communicates

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing specialty construction, interior systems, or related commercial scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, purchasing, billing, and change orders.
• Strong financial judgment and the ability to identify issues that could affect project profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Own Project Delivery: Lead projects from handoff through closeout; develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and objectives; coordinate multiple teams; identify risks early; maintain documentation.
• Protect Financial Performance: Own budgets, cost projections, labor, purchasing, billing, and change management; monitor cost-to-complete forecasts; manage change orders; protect contract margins.
