Job summary

Blueprint Search Group is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across sites and offices in Cincinnati, OH.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 and PM software, and strong costs/safety focus; travel to project sites and offices is expected. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a commercial construction project manager.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera P6) and project management software (ProCore or Prolog).
• Strong understanding of estimating, cost management, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Blueprint reading, construction plans development, and technical documentation review.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the project team contributing expertise to planning and execution of the work.
• Hold overall technical and commercial accountability for the project and negotiate with key stakeholders.
• Support business development and proposal efforts for new opportunities.
• Ensure project execution adheres to contractual obligations and OCI requirements.
