Job summary

Sbf-Search,-LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The role requires managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and regulatory compliance while ensuring safety and quality on site.

The candidate will coordinate project teams, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and use Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Primavera P6 to track progress and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and documentation.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, teams and field personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specs, and plans.
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.
• Understanding of building codes, safety requirements, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and milestones.
• Strong cost-estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to conduct regular job-site visits and coordinate with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and infrastructure construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules across all phases.
• Establish and monitor budgets, estimates, forecasts and financial performance.
• Support estimating and cost control using HeavyBid or similar software.
• Manage procurement, contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor relationships.
• Review contracts for compliance with plans, specs, and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Track milestones and resolve scheduling, budgeting, quality, and construction issues.
• Maintain project documentation: permits, inspections, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Lead project teams and field personnel to achieve milestones.
• Use Procore and Bluebeam to manage information, communication, and issues.
• Prepare regular status reports and communicate performance and risks to management and clients.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.
