Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, bidding, buyout and billing.
• Experience reading architectural plans and specs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $25 million from preconstruction and bidding through construction and project closeout.
• Lead and coordinate on-site superintendents and project teams throughout the construction process.
• Read and interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage project bidding, subcontractor buyout, subcontractor selection, scopes of work, and subcontract issuance.
• Develop and manage project schedules, deadlines, budgets, cost reporting, progress reports, and progress billing.
• Coordinate design review, changes, construction documentation, and project requirements with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Manage change orders, additional work proposals, pricing impacts, cost adjustments, and value engineering.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality control, safety, and overall project performance.
• Analyze project progress and adjust scope, schedules, and costs to maintain budget and schedule.
• Manage client coordination regarding scopes of work, project changes, pricing, cost reduction opportunities, and value engineering.
• Oversee the technical and contractual requirements of project deliverables.
• Report project progress, outcomes, risks, and issues to management.
