Job summary

Jobot, a well-established commercial general contractor based in Texas, seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple on-site commercial construction projects in Arlington. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with field leadership to achieve milestones while ensuring safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience, a degree in Construction Management or related field, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with ground-up and major renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and controls.
• Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead preconstruction activities including scope reviews and buyout.
• Coordinate with field leadership to meet milestones.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor financial performance and address budget risks.
• Build relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Facilitate meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee closeout, punch lists, turnover, and warranty coordination.
