Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction.
• Proficient with submittals, process submittals, change orders, and material coordination.
• Experience conducting onsite meetings and documenting meeting notes.
• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software/tools.
• PE license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Review and process submittals and change orders.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery for timely execution.
• Organize and conduct onsite meetings with stakeholders.
• Document meeting notes and disseminate information to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with commercial construction standards and regulations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and others to keep projects on time and budget.
