Job summary

Leoforce in Arlington, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects from initiation through closeout. The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across design teams and trade partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, proficiency with industry tools, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Lead preconstruction activities, including scope reviews, buyout, and subcontractor selection.
  • Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Monitor project financial performance and proactively address budget risks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and maintain client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for a commercial general contractor.
  • Healthcare, education, municipal, industrial, retail, office, or public-sector project experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • PMP, CCM, or other relevant industry certifications.
