Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial construction and estimating.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preconstruction with the estimating team.
• Track project communications with clients and leadership.
• Establish meeting agendas and facilitate owner/architect meetings.
• Track and manage change orders.
• Lead and coordinate project teams.
• Support project planning and operational coordination.
• Communicate with subcontractors, superintendents, customers and inspectors.
• Help resolve operational issues.
• Define subcontractor scopes of work and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and manage owner and subcontractor monthly payment applications.
• Maintain safety compliance and document control.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
