Job summary

Skybridge Development in Oklahoma City seeks an Assistant Project Superintendent to support the project superintendent across commercial construction efforts. You will help manage schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and document progress.

Travel to job sites is required, with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years of construction experience, knowledge of building codes, and strong communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and PDF tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and estimating.
• Proficiency in reading and organizing plans and specifications.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of PDF programs such as Adobe or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Completing punch list and assisting in documenting completion of those lists.
• Daily interaction with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assisting in jobsite service-related requirements.
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors to establish timelines and set expectations.
• Prepare daily project summary reports.
• Help Superintendent conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and safety briefings.
• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to focus on multiple projects in various phases of construction.
• Knowledge of local and state building codes.
• Proficiency in reading and organizing construction plans and specifications.
• Literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of or ability to learn pdf programs such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Our commitment to experience and quality extends into our hiring practices. We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent. This position will assist the project superintendent to help manage commercial construction project(s).This individual will need to be as focused, driven and solutions oriented as the rest of our dynamic team with a focus on ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.

This position carries a salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience and expertise and further includes a competitive benefits, Personal Time Off package, as well as a phone and vehicle allowances.

This position is primarily located at our offices in Oklahoma City but will require some travel to job sites.

All Skybridge Development positions must successfully pass a State Background check.
