Skybridge Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent to assist the project superintendent in managing commercial construction projects in Oklahoma City and nearby sites.

The role demands focus, drive, and solutions orientation to ensure quality, efficiency and client satisfaction. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience, with benefits, PTO, and vehicle/phone allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases.
• Knowledge of local and state building codes.
• Ability to read and organize construction plans and specs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with PDF programs (Adobe, Bluebeam).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules.
• Complete punch lists and document completion.
• Interact daily with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support jobsite service-related needs.
• Conduct meetings to set timelines and expectations.
• Prepare daily project summary reports.
• Assist in weekly subcontractor meetings and safety briefings.
