Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial construction from planning to delivery. Lead client relationships, coordinate owners, architects, and subs, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion.

The candidate should manage multiple projects concurrently, maintain budgets, and drive project planning and risk mitigation. A proactive leader with strong communication and negotiation skills is preferred, with a track record of delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
• Demonstrated success managing ground-up construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience leading multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project delivery methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting metrics.
• Manage owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement activities, subcontract administration, and contract compliance.
• Lead project planning efforts to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation.
• Monitor costs, identify financial risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership to maintain quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, contractual obligations, and safety requirements.
• Support and mentor junior project team members to promote growth and development.
