- 8–10+ years of commercial construction management experience.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex commercial construction projects from pursuit through closeout.
- Mentor project teams and collaborate with clients, executives, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Maintain budgets, schedules, and safety/compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and develop cost projections.
- Represent Barringer in client meetings with polish and presence.
