Job summary

Barringer Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex commercial projects from pursuit through closeout. You will mentor project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure budgets and schedules stay on track.

This role requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can navigate subcontractors, executives, and clients with confidence. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in commercial construction management, a construction-related degree, and strong skills in

Qualifications

8–10+ years of commercial construction management experience.
Proven track record of leading complex projects.
Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent professional experience.
Strong leadership and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex commercial construction projects from pursuit through closeout.
Mentor project teams and collaborate with clients, executives, superintendents, and subcontractors.
Maintain budgets, schedules, and safety/compliance.
Negotiate contracts and develop cost projections.
Represent Barringer in client meetings with polish and presence.
