Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily and other commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will develop schedules and budgets, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and drive safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Bid and Develop proposals
• Interest in MultiFamily projects
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
• Coordinate subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants
• Facilitate project meetings and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and scheduling issues
• Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
