Job summary

gpac, on behalf of a client, seeks an experienced Commercial Sales/Project Manager to generate new business and manage projects from proposal through completion. Responsibilities include leveraging an existing book of business, developing relationships with contractors, developers, property managers, and commercial clients, and overseeing estimating, proposals, scheduling, installation, and closeout.

• Active transferable book of business
• Proven minimum of $1 million in annual sales
