Job summary

gpac-client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the construction of large-scale commercial projects, including ground-up multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use developments. The role emphasizes coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project quality on complex commercial builds.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related roles, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in assistant superintendent, field engineer, project engineer, or related role.
• Experience with ground-up student housing, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, commercial, or other complex projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Understanding of Type I, III, and V construction methods preferred.
