Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will drive planning, procurement, permits, and risk management while maintaining safety compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure project documentation is complete and accurate across sites, offices, and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong scheduling knowledge with industry software (Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets; monitor expenses and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track milestones.
• Implement quality controls and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead project teams; conduct regular status meetings and provide updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; address issues promptly.
• Maintain contracts, drawings, and project correspondence; report to management.
