Job summary

Holtz Builders, Inc. in Lake Delton, WI, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors, manage resources, permits, safety, and reporting, and maintain strong relationships with owners and stakeholders.

Procore/Excel/MS Project experience preferred. Local market familiarity a plus.

• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from authorities.
• Determine resources from start to finish with budget focus.
• Plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquire equipment and monitor stocks to address shortages.
• Hire contractors and staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise workers and provide guidance as needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and laws.
