Alliance Construction & Design is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our design-build team in Wisconsin. You will oversee projects from handoff through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes coordination with owners, architects, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication to prevent issues and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or residential construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction handoff through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handoff through completion, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and quality per company standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, trade partners, suppliers, field staff, and internal teams.
• Ensure plans, specifications, contracts, and company standards are followed; identify and resolve issues proactively.
