Job summary

360 Headhunter is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator to oversee all phases of commercial projects, deliver accurate estimates, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients for successful execution.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organization, plus experience in construction management and estimating. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and bid proposals for potential projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Oversee and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
