• Experience with complaint handling systems and data reporting

Aufgaben

• Resolve verbal and written client complaints for Commercial Community Bank and Corporate/Institutional groups with regulatory compliance
• Ensure timely, accurate, professional communications with stakeholders
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for complaint handling and training
• Act as a super user for the Complaint Management System and support data aggregation and reporting
• Mentor and onboard new hires and support management reviews and SLA adherence
