Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Commercial Client Success Team Lead to oversee a regional servicing group within Commercial Onboarding and Servicing. You will coach and guide Servicing Professionals across markets, drive service quality, and partner with Sales Leaders to align servicing strategy with risk controls.

The role emphasizes premium client experience, timely resolution of requests, and proactive outreach while managing risk and ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years strong understanding of commercial lending concepts
• 5+ years experience with commercial banking support functions
• 3+ years coaching & development
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of commercial loan and deposit documentation
• Treasury management experience preferred
• Adherence to BSA/AML program and regulatory guidance
• Strong understanding of applicable regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead a relationship officer and client manager team.
• Gives direction and drives accountability within the regional service organization.
• Achieve OKR, scorecard and KPI targets; participate in cross-functional teams.
• Direct treasury servicing, deposit opening, maintenance, and loan research for market teams.
• Ensure client-facing team meets performance expectations and engages in client relationships.
• Resolve escalated client service issues with Sales Leaders.
• Travel periodically to meet teams and clients; support meetings and events.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies as required.
