Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a Commercial Servicing Officer Lead in New York to oversee the end-to-end service journey for a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients. You will work with the servicing team and partners to optimize delivery, respond to client inquiries, and support relationship managers.

The role requires 6+ years in commercial banking, leadership capability, and strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk management, and loan portfolio oversight.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial banking.
• Experience with credit analysis, risk management, and loan portfolio management.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a team independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service journey for a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients.
• Collaborate with servicing team and partners to improve service delivery.
• Provide direct client support and respond to inquiries on behalf of clients and RMs.
• Assist with treasury management guidance and product troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/BSA/AML and related policies.
• Mentor and train staff; manage workload distribution.
