Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of property and casualty claims processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial claims administration processes and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming calls and inquiries related to commercial lines of business, providing timely, accurate responses.
• Completes and processes claims-related documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Coordinates with Producers and Account Managers to provide necessary claim details and updates.
• Advocates for client coverage interests throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Coordinates communication between clients and carriers to facilitate efficient claim handling.
• Reviews claim activity to identify issues and escalates as appropriate.
• Explores risk control or loss mitigation opportunities with external vendors or internal resources.
• Maintains organized claim files and records in applicable systems.
• Utilizes technology and AI-enabled solutions to support workflows and client service.
