Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry required.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience essential.
• Strong ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and various structured analysis and design techniques.
• Expert knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends and issues; work in a consultative role and present to senior management.
• Perform complex data analyses aligned to business and portfolio objectives.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Drive alignment and communicate insights to senior leadership; build relationships to support adoption of insights.
