Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent.
• Expert in Microsoft Office, SQL (Snowflake preferred), Power BI or Tableau, and data visualization.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and presentation skills.
• Experience in insurance or actuarial analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends, perform complex data analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and present insights to senior leadership.
• Help build data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics standards.
