Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years in commercial lending or 14–16 years’ equivalent experience.

• Advanced understanding of Wealth Management and Treasury Services products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to sell products and services within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship management and business development plans for customers and prospects.
• Schedule business development calls and manage customer databases.
• Identify needs and solutions during appointments and monitor relationships.
• Issue and negotiate relationship and cross-selling proposals, focusing on Wealth Management and Treasury Services.
• Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including renewals and financial analysis.
• Provide training and serve as a resource for less experienced loan officers.
