BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist III to support relationship managers and clients within our commercial banking portfolios. The role emphasizes compliance, operational efficiency, and client service excellence in a dynamic bank environment.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree and 4 years’ banking or customer service experience, with solid knowledge of lending processes and strong Excel/Word capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree and 4 years’ banking or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of lending practices, documentation, and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants on routine to moderately complex inquiries and account maintenance.
• Support Commercial Lenders and partners through report monitoring, research, and problem-solving on routine to moderately complex issues.
• Perform Know Your Customer and due diligence tasks, completing required documentation and data entry.
• Manage exception reports and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
• Create and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases, generating routine reports under supervision.
• Assist Commercial Lending Officers in developing new lending and depository opportunities with guidance.
