Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants on routine to moderately complex inquiries, problem resolution, and account maintenance issues.
• Support Commercial Lenders, clients and partners through report monitoring, collaboration, research, and problem-solving.
• Perform Know Your Customer and Consumer Due Diligence for new clients and document data into systems.
• Manage exception reports and clear outstanding items promptly.
• Develop and maintain information in spreadsheets and databases, generating routine reports with guidance.
• Assist Commercial Lending Officers in developing lending and depository opportunities with current and prospective customers.
