Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager in the Moses Lake area to build and lead a high-performing portfolio of complex commercial and Agricultural clients. You will deliver tailored credit and treasury solutions, focusing on strategic development across C&I and agricultural sectors.

You will drive revenue, manage risk, and mentor junior team members while partnering with loan support staff to ensure excellent client service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit, financial analysis, or business development.
• Ag experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through targeted business development with existing clients and new prospects.
• Build, deepen, and manage relationships with large, complex commercial and Agricultural clients.
• Focus business development across C&I and Agricultural opportunities and specialized industry verticals.
• Structure and negotiate loan terms within authority to meet client needs and goals.
• Prepare and present comprehensive credit analyses and lending recommendations.
• Conduct ongoing credit reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage portfolio risk, maintaining accurate risk ratings and proactive issue identification.
• Represent the bank in the community to build brand awareness and strengthen local partnerships.
• Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development.
• Partner with loan support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
