Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in banking or financial services with emphasis on credit analysis or commercial lending.
• Proven ability to manage complex business banking relationships and meet targets.
• Experience with credit structures and loan workout strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of more sophisticated business clients with tailored lending and deposit solutions.
• Analyzes financial information to structure complex credit requests and manage risk.
• Identifies new business opportunities through referrals and community involvement.
• Contributes to department strategy on product enhancements, pricing, and annual planning.
• Addresses client service needs and supports team initiatives to improve processes.
