Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive commercial banking experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Established network of business and community relationships within the bank's market area.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) from four-year College or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originates and manages lending and deposit relationships with complex, large commercial customers.
• Maintains and expands a commercial portfolio in all respects.
• Analyzes financial statements and customer profiles to support customer needs.
• Works with Credit Resolution on past due loans and workout of problem credits.
• Cross-sells banking services to existing and prospective commercial customers.
• Coordinates CRA lending initiatives within the corporate lending department.
• Participates in market planning and sales strategy to grow the commercial portfolio.
• Travel required for training, meetings and client visits.
