Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. in the Pittsburgh area seeks an experienced senior commercial banker to manage and grow a portfolio of complex borrowing and depository relationships with large commercial clients.

You will drive loan, deposit, treasury management and fee income growth while ensuring sound credit quality. This role requires a strong local market network, leadership experience, and collaboration with other bank teams to serve customers and support CRA lending.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of twelve years of progressive commercial banking experience with a demonstrated history of managing and growing commercial relationships.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Established network of business and community relationships within the bank's market area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manages lending and deposit relationships with complex, large commercial customers.
• Maintains and expands an individual commercial portfolio while monitoring credit quality.
• Analyzes financial statements and customer profiles to support customer needs.
• Works with other bank departments to manage the credit process.
• Leads market planning and executes sales strategies to grow the commercial portfolio.
• Supports the bank’s CRA lending initiatives.
