Job summary

WesBanco Bank, Inc. in Wexford, PA is seeking a senior commercial banker to manage and grow a portfolio of complex borrowing and depository relationships with large corporate clients.

You will lead loan, deposit, treasury management and fee income growth, maintain credit quality, and drive CRA initiatives while leveraging your local market network and leadership experience. This in-office role requires strategic relationship development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of twelve years of progressive commercial banking experience with a demonstrated history of managing and growing commercial relationships required.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or leadership role required.
• Established network of business and community relationships within the bank's market area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originates and manages lending and deposit relationships with complex, large commercial customers.
• Maintains, effectively manages and expands an individual commercial portfolio in all respects.
• Analyzes financial statements and customer profiles to support existing and potential customers.
• Works with other bank departments to effectively manage the credit process.
• Cross sells banking services to existing and perspective commercial customers.
• Coordinates CRA lending initiatives within the corporate lending department.
• Supports the bank’s sales culture with ongoing referrals and relationship development.
• Travel required for training, meetings and to meet with clients and prospects.
