Greenfield Savings Bank in Greenfield, MA is seeking an SVP, Commercial Banking Officer to lead the Commercial Lending team and drive growth across the portfolio. You will set strategy, oversee lending, credit, and client coverage, and coach senior staff to deliver high-value banking solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of commercial banking experience, including commercial lending, credit analysis, portfolio management, and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial credit underwriting, loan structuring, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Western Massachusetts market and regional opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and supervises the lending, business development, cash management sales, and portfolio manager activities of the Commercial Lending team.
• Develops and implements a team business development plan targeting markets and prospects.
• Coaches and develops Commercial Loan Officers and lending staff through regular reviews and training.
• Ensures adherence to lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Builds and grows a portfolio of commercial relationships and cross-sell Bank services.
