First Federal Bank of Wisconsin seeks a VP, Commercial Banking Officer to grow loan business while servicing an existing portfolio. You will represent the bank in the community, market products, and build relationships with commercial clients while managing risk in line with policy.

Requirements include a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of loan/banking experience; strong communication; ability to work independently; and a drive to deliver exceptional service and growth for the bank and its customers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four-year degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years of loan and banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking services and lending.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Mansioni

• Generate commercial loans and fee income while properly managing the risk of the loan portfolio.
• Service credit needs, collect information, analyze credits, and negotiate terms.
• Generate deposits and assist in selling other bank products and services.
• Proactive loan portfolio management to minimize risk.
• Act as financial consultant to customers requiring technical knowledge.
• Mentor junior leaders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
