One Community Bank in McFarland, WI, is seeking a Full Time SVP-Commercial Banking Manager to lead a commercial banking team, drive growth, and cultivate client relationships in an onsite role. You will shape strategy, mentor staff, and play a key part in expanding the bank's footprint.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in commercial banking with supervisory experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking/lending.
• At least 5 years in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of current financial regulations, policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
