Job summary

One Community Bank in McFarland, Wisconsin seeks a Full Time SVP-Commercial Banking Manager to lead a commercial banking team, drive growth, and cultivate strong client relationships in an onsite setting.

You will coach direct reports, set goals, develop new business, analyze client potential and risks, and stay compliant with regulations while helping the bank expand its community footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; 10 years of commercial banking/lending experience preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of current financial industry regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
