One Community Bank in McFarland, Wisconsin, seeks a VP-Commercial Banking Officer to grow and steward commercial lending relationships while protecting credit quality and supporting asset growth. You will evaluate borrower risk, structure and price loans, and guide clients through applications, underwriting, approvals, documentation, and closings.

You’ll also monitor performance, covenants, and collateral; maintain audit-ready files; and partner on collections, special assets, and

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
7+ years of commercial lending and business development experience.
Proven senior producer.
Strong credit analysis, banking products knowledge, and regulatory compliance acumen.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
